Strategy : Convergence co-defines with you a strategy for citizen participation and / or stakeholder management, according to the various objectives pursued. We create this strategy for it to be an integral part of your project strategy and to be carried out internally by your departments.

Design and implementation : Convergence designs and implements participatory, creative and impactful processes aimed at citizens or stakeholders in various configurations (bilateral, expert groups, citizen panel, etc.) whether online or face-to-face.

Support / empowerment : Developing projects or policies while being aware of stakeholders' expectations is much more than a state of mind. Convergence offers you different options to acquire these skills and gain autonomy (coaching, internalizing learnings based on a project carried out together, tailor-made training)
