Florence has solid expertise in participation, stakeholder management and conflict management.

For over fifteen years, she worked at the European Commission, the Belgian Federal Public Service for Foreign Affairs as well as in the private sector as project manager. She has mainly built her expertise in so-called complex projects (cross-border, with strong local opposition, numerous redevelopments of the territory, new technology, etc.) and involving multiple stakeholders (public authorities, organized civil society, citizens, actors private, etc.). Collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams (managers, experts, field workers, etc.) was inherently part of these projects.

Alongside her academic background as a commercial engineer and a graduate of the College of Europe, Florence is also a certified mediator in civil, commercial and social matters (mediation in labor law). Former collaborator at PMR Europe, she acquired essential tools and skills in interpersonal mediation and facilitation (such as assertive communication, emotion management, facilitation and mediation techniques, collective intelligence decision-making as well as integrative negotiation). She puts her interpersonal skills daily at the service of the projects and conflict situations that she supports.
