IMPROVING THE WORKING CLIMATE WITHIN A TEAM
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT - INTERVENTION
Convergence facilitated interpersonal relations within an administrative team of the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, made up of ten people and the hierarchy. In parallel to this facilitation, skill-building workshops were tailor-made to support the team in its collaboration, creating day-to-day efficiency impact.
FIRST CITIZEN PANEL FOR THE NEW NEDER-OVER-HEEEMBEEK TRAM LINE (BRUSSELS)
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - PANEL DESIGN
Convergence conceived the design of this panel bringing together 2 economic players, 2 associations and 4 residents with different profiles. This panel is joining the steering committee made up of experts (Police, STIB - public transport, Brussels Region, City of Brussels, etc.) of the future tram line in Neder-Over-Heembeek. Through the knowledge of the neighborhood and the experience of the panel members, the panel's mission is to enrich the decisions made by experts on the development of public spaces along the future tram line. This panel will also be the voice and ears of all those concerned by this major project. It will meet at least five times a year until 2023.

Convergence a été mandaté afin de sonder les acteurs du secteur des invendus alimentaires sur leur volonté à prendre part à une médiation sectorielle proposée par le ministre compétent. Tant les acteurs marchands et non marchands ont été sondés dans le cadre de cette mission préalable à une éventuelle mediation.
IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL MOBILITY PLAN FOR THE BRUSSELS REGION "GOOD MOVE"
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
The Brussels government wants to reduce the general use of personal cars by 24% by 2030, reduce transit traffic by 34%, quadruple the use of bicycles, give the people of Brussels 130,000 m² of additional public spaces and put in place about fifty peaceful neighborhoods. Convergence designs and implements citizen consultation processes in the municipalities of the Brussels Region (in partnership with the design offices of Espaces-Mobilité, Stratec and Ecores) until 2023.
SUPPORT FOR CHANGE WITHIN SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE
CONFLICT PREVENTION - INTERVENTION & SUPPORT
Convergence via PMR Europe was mandated by L&AD to prevent tensions following the creation of new managerial positions and an overhaul of the hierarchical structure in certain Société Générale branches. The new managers subsequently benefited from individual coaching sessions in order to take up their new functions in an efficient and calm manner.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - TRAINING
Convergence gave a training / workshop for Brulocalis (Association of cities and municipalities of Brussels) in order to equip the services of the 19 municipalities with a concrete list of questions and reflexes allowing to filter the requests for participation. This allowed Brulocalis to select the relevant participatory projects and to allow real citizen participation.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Convergence and its consortium partners support the city of Brussels in order to put its participation objectives into practice. On specific projects within the City of Brussels, Convergence advises, designs and facilitates online / face-to-face participatory processes and develops a toolbox (coaching of new facilitators, training in facilitation methods, capitalizing on lessons learned of projects carried out since 2019) in order to empower the services of the City in citizen participation and stakeholder management until 2022.

Convergence provides a two-day training course intended for all civil servants from the municipalities of the Brussels Region (CPAS/OCMW, administrative functions, etc.) wishing to acquire tools in conflict management and mediation.
FACILITATION OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN A CONTEXT OF DISSOLUTION OF AN ASSOCIATION

Convergence mediated the dissolution of a theater company, taking into account the diverging interests of the various directors and actors.
